We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, post projects, submit proposals, or communicate through our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, process transactions, send you technical notices and support messages, and respond to your comments and questions.

3. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as described in this policy or with your consent.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access a portable copy of your personal data and the right to erasure. From Account Settings you can:

  • Export your data — download a JSON archive of every record we hold about you. Limit: one export per hour. Download links expire after one hour.
  • Delete your account — this anonymises personal fields (name, email, phone, addresses, profile images) and revokes all sessions. Records required for legal compliance — signed contracts, invoices, timesheets, tax-relevant data — are retained for the period required by applicable accounting and tax law (typically 7–10 years), then hard-deleted.

6. Sub-processors

We rely on the following processors to deliver the platform:

  • Supabase — database, authentication, file storage
  • Stripe — payments, payouts, identity verification (Stripe Connect)
  • Resend — transactional email
